So many choices for breakfast: cereals, fruit, and cheese. Very very helpful and attentive stuff with smiles...

Location was great, just near the Cathedral and area of small tapas bars in center of Sevilla. From the hotel point everithing was reachable: train station, center, bars, churches, shopping area.
Most of the staff dont speak english

Distinctive and immaculately clean hotel, the staff who served us were very very helpful, and it had magnificent location right in the heart of everything. The property was right in the heart of the city. We found Bar Espana offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

Excellent location, large room
Apartment (across the pedestrian street from the hotel) didn't block noise well, lots of noise from restaurant below at night; had to go to hotel lobby to use wi-fi...would only be OK if you can ensure you stay in main hotel

Our second visit to this hotel and we were very happy with it, and is one of the best value for money hotels in seville in our experience. Warm and welcoming staff, happy to help with getting tickets to events/theme park etc on request. Excellent location in heart of old town. Clean rooms. Wifi and aircon included. Free use of safe in room.

This place is in the heart of everything, just steps away from a lovely square, the Royal Palace, and the famous cathedral. 🏰 it's a quick 5-minute drive to Gruta de las Sultanas for some extra exploration.

Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed the stay at the Casas de Santa Cruz... The hotel location is brilliant! Everything is in walking distance. The room was small but convenient, the reception staff were very friendly and happy to help... They even managed to arrange tickets for the Bull fighting for us.
Not much apart from it would have been nice to have a little fridge in the room to keep cool refreshments in.

Good location for visiting key sightseeing locations in Seville - only detraction (minor one) is that the hotel is located in one of the narrow pedestrian only streets of Santa Cruz district which means you can not get a taxi to or from the hotel front door. Be prepared to walk a short way with your suitcase. Overall good value, cute hotel for sightseeing.

The place was perfectly clean with nicely decorated rooms. the hotel staff were pleasant. - the breakfast had a wide range of options including cereal, fruit, and cheese. - the vibe here was quiet. - the location was great, near Mac Donald's on the Main Street near the river and overlooking the street.

We were booked into a very small room right beside the front desk--the only room on that entrance floor. It was an inside room without any windows. We asked the clerk if they had another room available. She very kindly said they had one room only left in another building. She walked us to the other room and it was much better. She was helpful and very gracious.
Taxis supposedly could not drive right up the the hotel, although we did see taxis in front of our door. It was not a problem for us because we travel very lightly. Others might find it a problem, especially because the small winding streets are difficult to find on a map.

The receptionist was outstanding! The hotel was in a super location very convenient to major sights and good restaurants in Seville. It was also convenient to public parking which is essential in Seville!

The venue was modern, I loved the stay and the location was magnificent just next door to Seville, historic centre of Sevilla and the Cathedral and Alcazar. I asked for double room with an additional mirror in the main bedroom and WiFi, had an amazing stay.

Nothing. It was an awful experience. See below.
We were put up in a dark room in a building two blocks from the hotel, with no wi-fi access. The only way to contact the desk was to walk back to the hotel. The room was so dark that we could not see what was inside our suitcases at night, unless the suitcase was next to our pillow. This was not what was advertised on the website at all. The included continental breakfast was miserable. We felt we'd been lied to by the hotel since our room/hotel was so different than what had been promised.
